Shipments and returns

Oh La Bra ships the products, using the GLS courier, within 24-48 working hours from notification of payment (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).

Delivery times are 24 hours for Italy, 48 hours for the islands (Sardinia, and smaller islands).

The purchased goods will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the buyer at the time of purchase. The buyer will receive an email confirming shipment containing the tracking number to monitor delivery through the GLS courier website. The cost of shipping costs is 5.90 euros per order regardless of the weight of the products and the number of products. For orders over 49 euros, shipping costs are free. For Sardinia and smaller islands the shipping cost is always 8.90 euros.

In case of cash on delivery, a supplement of 4.9 euros will be calculated, and payment can only be made in cash equal to the exact amount of the order (without the possibility of change).

For sales abroad, shipping costs and times vary depending on the country of destination and cash on delivery is not permitted. For an estimate of times and costs for your foreign destination you can contact customer service, using the method you prefer. Where applicable, customs taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

The shipment of the goods will be notified by sending a specific e-mail containing the tracking number. Any stocks and returns will be charged exclusively to the Customer.

The courier makes two delivery attempts. If the first one is not successful, the recipient will find in his mailbox a postcard containing all the information for communicating with the courier and arranging the delivery. Any stocks and returns will be charged exclusively to the Customer. All shipments are monitored via tracking number appropriately sent via e-mail to the Customer as soon as the goods begin to travel towards the destination indicated in the order. To view the status of your shipment, simply connect to the GLS courier website and enter the tracking number.

In case of external damage (scratch, dent) or presence of signs of tampering, the Customer must sign the delivery note with ''specific reservation'' and enter the reason why you want to accept the package with reservation in the 'Notes' field. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the insurance procedure in the event of disputes regarding the package. It is the buyer's duty to verify the integrity of the material received no later than 3 days (natural and consecutive) from the arrival of the product. After this deadline Oh La Bra will no longer be responsible for damage and/or lack of material.

In compliance with Legislative Decree 19 August 2005 n. 190, implementing Directive 2002/65/EC relating to consumer protection regarding distance contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased goods. The right is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, an email to the following address info@ohlabra.com and contacting customer service to obtain the necessary information for the success of the return procedure. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The packages of the products to be returned must be perfectly intact and sealed in their original packaging. The goods must not have been used or, in any case, altered in any other way. It is not possible to return items purchased on pre-order from the Federica Parmeggiani and Freya brands.

After having verified the aforementioned conditions of the returned products, we will return to the dissatisfied customer the amount already collected, relating to the goods on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The Customer is responsible for shipping the returned goods. You are responsible for shipping costs and any customs clearance costs. Once the return arrives in the warehouse, its contents are analyzed and the reason identified. From the moment the return is accepted, the refund procedures begin. If the Customer has returned an order paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card used during the purchase. The credit on the card will be available according to the times established by the credit institution that issued it. The buyer will receive evidence of this by consulting the account statement.

All refunds relating to orders for which bank transfer or cash on delivery has been chosen are issued by bank transfer therefore in this case communication of the buyer's bank account details is required.

If the Customer receives a defective product or one that does not conform to what was ordered, Oh La Bra undertakes to replace it free of charge in the shortest possible time. Any defects and/or shipping errors must be communicated in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods and necessarily demonstrated by sending photos to support the declaration. The courier will then collect the product and once the goods have arrived at the premises, the replacement product will be sent. The defective or non-compliant item must be returned complete, intact, in its packaging. The package must be prepared using the same packaging if possible, and inserting the appropriate copy of the sales document inside.

In the event of unavailability of the replacement product, Oh La Bra will refund the buyer the entire amount of the order, including shipping costs. The refund will always be paid by Oh La Bra.
